1. Scope of Services

The Application is a tool that generates Bazi charts and related analyses based on the date and time information provided by the user (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). We reserve the right to change, interrupt, or terminate some or all of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Security

You log in to the Application using the Google OAuth third-party authentication service. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the Google account for login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You are solely responsible for all "charting data" (i.e., the date and time information used for calculations) that you input. The accuracy of the chart results depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you provide. If you enter information belonging to someone else, please ensure you have obtained their authorization.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Service in a responsible and lawful manner. When using the Service, you must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Engaging in any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws and regulations of the United States.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Application or any third party, including but not limited to copying, modifying, distributing, reverse-engineering, or decompiling any part of the Application.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any viruses, malware, spam, or computer code intended to disrupt, interfere with, or limit the normal operation of the Application.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Application's servers, systems, or other user accounts associated with the Service.
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, discriminating against, or otherwise violating the legal rights (such as rights of privacy) of others.
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose or reselling the Service without authorization.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Disclaimer and Risk Warning [Especially Important]

All Bazi chart results, analyses, interpretations, and related advice provided by the Application are for personal study, reference, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute any form of professional advice (including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, psychological, or life-decision advice). You understand and agree that metaphysics is not an exact science, and its results may be subject to multiple interpretations. You should not rely on the analysis from the Service as the sole or primary basis for making any major decisions (such as marriage, career, investments, etc.). You are solely responsible for any actions, decisions, and their potential consequences based on the information from the Service. The Application and its developers shall not bear any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential legal liability or economic loss.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Application, including but not limited to software, technology, text, interface design, charts, logos, etc., is the intellectual property of Daotiming.com. Data generated by the user during the use of the Service (such as saved chart records) remains the property of the user. We are committed to protecting the security of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and Amendments to the Terms

8. Termination of Service

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Los Angeles County, California, USA.
